  1. How long will it take for my purchase to ship to me?
All merchandise is shipped using the United States Postal Service.  Most items arrive to you within 3 days.  A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipping.

 

2. Can my merchandise be personalized?

Yes, you can add a name, number, graphic, etc. to the back, side, or sleeve of your garment for an additional fee.  Please contact us with your request. 


3. Do you accept group orders? 

Yes, we accept group orders.  Ten or more orders of the same item is considered a group order.


4. Can you create a custom rhinestone design for my basketball team, business, etc.?

Yes, we can make any logo or custom design "sparkle".  Absolutely! Click on this linkhttps://goo.gl/forms/tKMfnPyTLjPVlUf93 and complete the form or just send us an email to [email protected] with your request.  Please include the quantity desired, shirt color, sizes, color desired of the image and any other pertinent information. Also, attach a picture of the desired graphic that you would like to "sparkle".


5. Do you use name brand shirts?

Yes, our "sparkling" designs are only printed onto high quality shirts.  We use Jerzees, Port Authority, & Gildan shirts.

Our Fitted shirts contain 5% spandex and run small. We recommend ordering a size up.

6. I live in/near Saginaw, MI and I would like to pick my merchandise up however, I am being charged for shipping.  How can I eliminate shipping charges?

To eliminate shipping charges because you are going to pick up your merchandise, please use the code PICKUP during checkout.  


7.  I would like to receive notifications of new merchandise, coupon codes, etc. from Sparkling Purse-A-Nality.  Is there a way that I can receive these notifications?

Yes, we would love to add you to our email list.  Please send us an email of your request to [email protected] .  We will not sell or use your email address for other purposes.  


8. Is there a way that I can earn discounted or free merchandise from Sparkling Purse-A-Nality?

No, you do not have to have a PAYPAL account to purchase merchandise.


10. Is it secure to purchase online?
